 Legacy USAG Program

Our USAG program is designed for gymnasts that demonstrate the desire to learn and succeed in gymnastics. We pride ourselves in exceptional athletes who are also great people that show the world how determined and dedicated they are to their goals and dreams. We want every girl to feel part of the team and have all levels work as a team. This program follows the Junior Olympic program rules & policies.

Team Levels

Our compulsory levels (Level 4, 5, and 6) focus on physical and mental preparation for the USAG compulsory routines to their best ability and our high standard of technical quality. We want each athlete to feel success.

At the optional levels (Levels 7, 8, 9, and 10), we focus on individual athletes’ personal goals and while in a team atmosphere. Each level has specific special requirements and movement standards that each gymnast will need to perform consistently in order for success.
