Summer Term and Summer Camp registration is open!

Register by submitting on online Registration Request, by phone(952-746-8183) or in person. 

Online Registration Request Procedure

Please read the policies and procedures and fill out our online registration form below. All information must be filled out in order to process. Once you  have received confirmation of your enrollment by email, you then have 2 business days to contact us to provide payment. Your child’s spot in class is not secure until full payment has been received. If payment is not received within 2 business days, your child’s enrollment will be cancelled.

Policies & Procedures

  • Legacy Annual Membership: We do charge an annual family membership fee that is good from Sept. 1st, 2016-August. 31st, 2017.  The full year fee is $35.00.  Beginning with Spring Term Registration, the fee will be pro-rated to $20.00.  We do not charge a membership fee for those students joining us for the Summer Term. This fee is non-refundable.  
  • Legacy Waiver: A parent or guardian must complete a registration card/waiver form prior to participation. Any special medical concerns, etc. should be indicated and brought to the instructor’s attention each class.
  • Sibling Discount:   Recreational classes receive 10% off 2nd child, 20% off 3rd child, 50% off 4th + child.  Applied to lowest tuition.  No sibling discounts on Summer camps.  Special events will have any sibling discounts listed on event information.
  • Late To Class:  Being on time for class ensures your child does not miss important skill instruction/preparation for that days lesson plan.  With this in mind, students who arrive more than 10 minutes late for class may not be allowed to enter class that day.
  • Make Up Policy:   We do not guarantee make-up classes. We do not refund for missed classes. Pre-registration is required.  Call or stop by the front desk to schedule a make-up class.  One make-up class per term.  Sparklers, Super Stars, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced levels make up classes are offered on specific Fridays. All other levels will be offered a make up class on space available basis. You will be offered a Preschool Play or Friday Fun Night pass if no space available in class for make up.
  •  What to Wear: Athletic clothing including: Leotards, warm-ups, athletic shorts or pants & t-shirts. No shoes or socks in the gym. Hair  must be pulled back.  Please remove all jewelry before entering class.  
  • Legacy Gymnastics Reserves the Right: To close a class if it is full or if there is not enough interest. Some classes may have a combination of ability levels. We will do our best to place your child in their 1st or 2nd choice of class times.
  • REFUNDS/Credits:  If within the first 2 weeks of the term you are not satisfied with your class experience, you must inform the front desk staff. Legacy Gymnastics allows refunds within the first two weeks of your registered classes to receive credit/refund of your unused class tuition.  The Family Membership fee is not refundable. If a refund is requested after the first 2 weeks for injury, illness or an approved circumstance,  you will receive a credit good for future session. Credits are good for one year.  Please email gymnasticslegacy@gmail.com if you are requesting a refund/credit.
  • Weather ClosingsWe will be listed on the WCCO Weather/School Closings website.  Closing will also be announced on WCCO radio.  In addition, we will post closings on the home page of our website.
